Can it hire on a visa?

What its postings say

Nothing

None of its 3 open roles says anything about visas or work permits.

From its postings

UK sponsor register

Not checked yet

Only licensed sponsors can hire on a Skilled Worker visa. We haven't confirmed The Flex's entry yet: company names rarely match the register's legal names, so we check employers by hand, biggest first.

IND sponsor register

Not on the register

In the Netherlands only IND recognised sponsors can hire on a Highly Skilled Migrant permit. The Flex isn't one, so this route is closed, whatever the posting says.

Blue Card check · Germany

No salary clears it

No sponsor licence is needed in Germany: any employer can hire on an EU Blue Card if the salary is at least €45,934 a year for IT jobs. 0 of its 3 roles there post a salary that clears it; the others post none, or less.

No register

We don't check a sponsor register or a salary rule there yet, so the answer rests on each posting alone.
